How to Use Your Gua Sha Tool:

Preparation: Start your gua sha facial massage by applying facial oil or moisturizer to clean skin. It’s important to avoid using the tool on areas with active breakouts, open wounds, or irritated skin.

Back of the Neck: Begin by finding a curve that fits the base of your neck. Gently scrape the tool upwards towards your hairline 5 to 10 times. Repeat these upward strokes on both sides of your neck 5 to 10 times.

Front of Neck and Chest: Glide the large flat edge of the tool under your collarbones, moving outward towards your shoulders. Repeat on the other side. For the front of the neck, gently glide the tool upwards along the throat to the area beneath your chin.

Jawline: Starting from the center of your chin, glide the tool upwards towards your earlobe to contour your jawline.

Cheeks: Begin at the nose and sweep the tool upwards along your cheeks and cheekbones, moving outwards toward your ears. After each stroke, move the tool slightly downward and repeat, continuing this pattern until you reach the center of your chin.

Eyes: Start at the inner corner of your eye and glide the tool outwards towards your temple, using light, feather-like strokes.

Forehead: Begin at the center of your forehead, dividing it into three sections. Glide the tool outwards, then move slightly downward and repeat.

Finishing: Conclude your gua sha facial by gently scraping down the sides of your neck. This motion helps to promote the removal of toxins and excess fluids from your system.
