Frenuloplasty is performed to release the frenulum, the tissue connecting the underside of the penis to the foreskin, relieving discomfort and improving the range of motion, thereby enhancing sexual experiences and overall penile function.
Scrotoplasty involves the reconstruction or modification of the scrotum, addressing issues such as excess skin, asymmetry, or congenital conditions, leading to improved comfort, appearance, and self-esteem.

Dr Jason Oates has been performing facial plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery procedures in Perth for 25 years. After specialising as an Otolaryngologist (Head and Neck Surgeon) in 1999, Dr Oates completed further training internationally (UK and USA) to gain experience and further expand his knowledge, skill and technique in facial plastic surgery.

Without a valid referral, patients will be unable to attend a consultation.
We kindly ask that you send your referral to our reception team in advance of your consultation. Please note that for medical consultations, Medicare rebates cannot be claimed without a recent and valid Medical Referral.
