Memberships

• Memberships exclude injectables, Dermamelan, body treatments, and hair removal treatments.
• Purchases of product packs and promotions are already discounted and are exempt from membership discounts.

• A minimum of 1 treatment per month will be performed for each membership purchased.
• Complimentary LED’s must be completed with treatment allocated from package, not to be completed at a separate appointment.

• Any remaining credit on account after the membership expires can only be used on full-priced skin treatments within 3 months of membership expirati

• It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend monthly treatment appointments.
• Rescheduling appointments outside your membership timeframe will incur additional fees, and you will be charged the standard retail price for treatments.

• All prices are inclusive of GST.
• A surcharge applies to payments made with credit cards.
• Payment for the membership is to be made upfront before commencing treatments.

• Membership credit cannot be given to or used by another person.
• Memberships are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or refunds.

• Additional fees or charges not included in this service agreement may include but are not limited to; cancellation of an appointment within 24 hours will result in the full charge of the treatment being deducted from your membership.

• Your treatment schedule will be determined by your skin therapist during your initial consultation.
• Changes to the treatment plan once commenced are subject to approval and may incur additional costs.

• By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• The purchase of any membership means you agree and understand that results are not guaranteed.

Memberships may be frozen or cancelled under the following circumstances:

• Pregnancy: Membership treatment plans will need to be adjusted to suitable treatments such as Hydrafacials, Skin Needling, LED Healite, or Exosomes.
• Moving Interstate: Documentation may be required to process the freeze or cancellation.
• Starting Contraindicating Medication: Any treatments impacted by new medications may be paused, and alternative treatments will be discussed.

• Membership freezes are subject to management approval and are valid only under the special considerations listed above.
• Memberships may be frozen for a maximum of 3 months during the membership term.

• Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in the appointment being shortened or rescheduled, with no refund for the missed time.

• Membership discounts and benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

• Members must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, or changes in health status at time of the consultation.
• Failure to do so may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments at the member’s expense.
• Failure to follow pre and post treatment instructions may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments at the member’s expense.

• Academy Face and Body reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships in cases of inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with terms, or failure to adhere to the membership agreement.

• Members agree to receive appointment reminders and updates via email or SMS.
