Venus Viva is a fractional radiofrequency (RF) device used for skin resurfacing and scar revision. It works by delivering heat through tiny pins to the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating collagen production and promoting the natural healing process.
Venus Viva can target various types of scars, such as acne scars, surgical scars, or stretch marks. The treatment helps to improve the appearance of scars by smoothing out the skin texture, reducing scar depth, and encouraging the growth of new, healthy skin cells.
The fractional technology of Venus Viva allows for precise and customisable treatments, targeting specific areas of concern without affecting surrounding skin. The downtime associated with this procedure is typically minimal, although multiple sessions may be required for optimal results, depending on the severity of the scars.
Overall, Venus Viva is considered an effective option for scar revision, offering noticeable improvements in skin texture, tone, and the overall appearance of scars.
