Her professional foundation includes nearly two decades in multi-site retail management, where she led large teams and drove strong business performance, helping position WA as one of the top performing states during her time in senior leadership. In 2014, she made a purposeful shift into the skincare and wellness industry driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact through compassionate care and personal empowerment.

Over her years with Academy Face and Body, Brodie has worked across both the clinical and administrative arms of the business, developing deep operational insight and a strong understanding of the complete patient journey. Her leadership style blends strategic thinking with empathy, precision, and a commitment to high standards qualities that underpin her current role leading the practice, which includes a licensed day hospital.

Brodie is widely recognised for her strong leadership, exacting standards and a values-led approach that supports both team culture and exceptional patient outcomes.

Outside of work, Brodie finds balance in the simple things, time in nature, meaningful moments with her husband, and the joyful companionship of their American Staffy, Bobbi.
