Due to her experience as a cosmetic theatre nurse and in dermal therapies, Shannon can offer her clients a very holistic approach to facial rejuvenation, always considering the face as a whole, the importance of aesthetic balance, and maintainable results.
If you want to remain natural and refresh your look, without appearing to have had anything done, come in and see Shannon for her ‘Tailor Made’ full facial consultation to discover how we can help you achieve this outcome.
Shannon is one of our highly trained Cosmetic Injectors with a Bachelor of Nursing and Vocational Graduate Certificate in Cosmetic Nursing. Since graduating in 2005, Shannon has worked in both medical and surgical settings, theatre, remote area nursing, and has even spent some time as a nurse aboard a cruise ship.
Shannon first joined Academy Face & Body as a theatre nurse at our onsite day hospital and Dermal Therapist where she performed comprehensive skin consultations, microdermabrasions, peels and IPL treatments.
Shannon is now a Cosmetic Nurse Injector and performs a vast range of treatments, including dermal fillers and wrinkle relaxers. She has a strong belief that cosmetic injectables should be used as tools to reshape and lift the face, and always in combination with a powerful skin care and maintenance regime. She cares about how her clients will look 10 years from now, and that maintaining well balanced and harmonious features is a journey.
Lyn has 15 years injecting experience and a renowned reputation in Perth. She trained as a registered nurse and midwife, working both in Australia and the UK where she specialised in neonates, theatre and recovery. Lyn also has experience in a range of dermal therapies such as IPL, microdermabrasion, peels and cosmeceuticals, so she can provide you with a holistic approach to your skin and facial rejuvenation.
Lyn is available Wednesdays, Fridays and alternating Tuesdays.
